Sensors instead of bar codes - acting on this maxim we get an exact identification of the position and of your carriers without additional work and expense. We leave nothing to chance.

Because of the interaction of wheel encoder and angle sensors the relative driving way is calculated. Impreciseness will not occur because of a laser bar placed on the forklift. It recalibrates the system by underriding absolute measured referance lines on the warehouse's ceiling, unnoticeable for the forklift driver. Pressure, shift and height sensors identify the pick-up/drop-down as well as the carrier's actual, three-dimensional position. These data are matched online with the system's digital map. With this, the realization of a three-dimensional warehouse management is now possible also in a manually operated warehouse. Like this, a three-dimensional management of the warehouse is also possible inside a bloc warehouse. Bacause of this complete control of all the positions of your goods you can track every pallet till its loading on the truck. An error-free order picking and loading process is guaranteed. Moreover, the generation of an exact truck loading pattern is now possible. In combination with a warehouse management system, permanent and paperless inventories are produced casually.

Determine the position of your forklifts in your outdoor storage area a lot more precise than with a standard satellite navigation system. LOCANIS G-TRACK finds the position of your forklift exactly to less than one metre using several base stations calibrated to the area. The data are matched online with the system's digital map of the storage area. Like this, you can easily identify the storage position of cumbrous goods or containers and you do not need any time-consuming barcode scanning. Additionally, a weight plausibility check of the goods which have been picked up is carried out using a pressure sensor.
