Arne-Steffen Dehler worked as R&D team leader and product manager at Tenovis, where he was responsible for the product segment International Computer Telephony. In June 2004 he took on responsibility for hardware development at Locanis. Since 2005, as head of development, he holds overall responsibility for Locanis’s whole product range.

Jochen Irmer has been with the company since 1985, and is one of the founding members. As inventor of the warehouse management system and head of new technologies and patents he is responsible for technological implementation and research at LOCANIS.

Rüdiger Stauch has worked as account manager for leading providers of warehouse management and ERP systems. Most recently, as the sales manager of Bison Solutions GmbH he was responsible for sales and marketing in Germany. In 2006, he took on the position of head of sales at Locanis AG. Rüdiger Stauch's team is responsible for sales and marketing.

Joachim Riegg worked for Rohde & Schwarz in Memmingen as a developer of testing equipment. He then moved into product and project management at Rohde & Schwarz Munich. From 2001 he was the senior project manager for international projects. In September 2004 he moved to Locanis AG where he took over as head of project management. His team is responsible for implementation and project realisation of the Locanis systems.
